David stumbled upon a career in dance after being cast as a chorus boy in the musical 42nd Street in 2005. Since then, he has studied with 5th Avenue Theatre, Dance This…, Bill Evans, Hannah C. Wiley and Catherine Cabeen. He was recently a part of the Young Choreographers Lab with Amy O’Neil, a six-week workshop sponsored by the Seattle Theatre Group where he trained with choreographers such as Anne Green Gilbert, Donald Bryd, and Mark Haim. Currently, he is working towards a BA in Dance at the University of Washington. His work, Watermark, Part 1, will be showcased at the American College Dance Festival, which will be held in Utah this March. Locally, he has danced with Redd Legg Dance Company and Chamber Dance Company.
